A registered agent, also known as a resident agent or statutory agent, is a person or business designated to receive legal documents on behalf of a company or organization. These documents may include legal complaints, subpoenas, and official government correspondence. The registered agent must be located in the state where the company is incorporated or doing business, and is typically available during normal business hours to accept service of process on behalf of the company. The registered agent is responsible for forwarding any legal documents received to the appropriate person within the company. Registered Agent is required in Wyoming included with all our plans.

You are entitled to receive up to 5 pieces of regular mails per year at no additional charge. Your mail will be digitally scanned and uploaded to your dashboard. You can request your mail to be mailed to you at an additional charge.
Mail from the state of Delaware does not count against your free mail quota because the Registered Agent is required by law to accept mail from the state.
Compliance Filing
LLCs and corporations are required to file regular reports with their state to maintain good standing. These reports are typically due annually or biennially. With our annual compliance service, you can trust that we will file these reports on your behalf, ensuring your company remains active and in good standing without any worries on your part.
There is no initial enrollment fee for this service. 90 days before the compliance filing deadline for your business, we will send you a notification of the upcoming deadline. Five days later, we will automatically file your business’s compliance report and charge your card the required state fees (these vary by state) plus $100 for our compliance filing service. You can cancel this automatic compliance filing service at any time by simply notifying us - No questions asked!-
LLC Operating Agreement
An LLC operating agreement is a legal document that outlines the ownership and operating procedures of a limited liability company (LLC). The operating agreement is not required by all states, but it is a good idea to have one to ensure that the members are all on the same page and to prevent disputes.
